I absolutely hate allergy season. My head is all stuffed up and my throat is sore. No pun intended.
ReplyDeleteYou gotta do the Neti pot! If you're nose is really runny (No Pun Intended), the Neti will flush allergens out of your nose, along with any other items you've been storing up there. But do not do it if your nose is congested.
